David Corless	General	Tom, the new SD40-2's were all delivered to the Katy at Baden yard in St. Louis from GM. For some reason of which I'm not aware, the Katy wanted to put the final paint stripes on at their paint shop in Parsons, Kansas. Only one unit was put on a train each night because the St. Louis subdivision track was only 90-pound rail and had lots of curves. Katy management was afraid of a multi-unit derailment on the not-so-good track.	12/17/2022 1:01:19 PM
